Cost: $165 per night
Area: The main area of Birch Hall is 21 x 7 metres.
The Kitchen is 9 x 6 metres and has a servery.
The side room is 4.3 x 8 metres.
Function Hires:
All bookings that serve alcohol incur a $500 cash bond refundable after event. No birthday parties under 21 years are permitted.
Unless otherwise stated there are tables and chairs as required but no crockery and cutlery
